How to fund your account and how to withdraw money from your account.

Please note acceptable deposits can be made by personal check, wire transfer or PayPal (We only accept checks in USD.)

You can wire funds for trading via PayPal. The CMS PayPal account is: pay2@cms-forex.com. Visit PayPal.com for more information about this service. *Please note: CMS clients will incur additional costs assessed by PayPal, a company of Ebay. Capital Market Services, LLC will not be held responsible for any additional charges or fees for transferring funds via PayPal, whether charged directly to the client or to CMS.

Also note that PayPal wires take 3-4 business days to clear.

If you wish to deposit additional funds please use the same deposit instructions as listed above.

No third-party payments will be accepted at any time. All funds must come from and all withdrawals can be requested by the same name as the one registered with the account.


FOR YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT:

Be sure to include your name and the amount wired. Please write the following on the Reference line of your bank’s wire transfer
application:

"For Further Credit to (Your Name), New Account.”

Please send a mail to account@cms-forex.com, after sending your money, so that the colleagues are aware that your money is on the way.

FOR ALL ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS:

Once your trading account is opened, and you wish to deposit additional funds to your trading account at a later time, please, use the same
deposit instructions as listed above, and write the following on the Reference line of your bank’s wire transfer application:

"For Further Credit to (Your Name), Account # (your trading account number)."

Note that all wires received by CMS LLC on Friday after 3:00 PM Eastern Time will be credited to your account on the following Monday.

Please note that when making additional deposits you are required to use the same currency as your initial deposit. In addition, when depositing
additional funds please use the same deposit instructions as listed above.

Please send a mail to account@cms-forex.com, after sending your money, so that the colleagues are aware that your money is on the way.

  
 
WITHDRAWAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT

To withdraw all your funds, you must:

1. Close all open positions.
2. Click on the withdrawal request Link below, and complete all applicable fields.
3. Print the resulting withdrawal request form, and sign it.
4. Fax it to us at the following fax number: 1-212-563-4994

You may also scan your signed form, and email it to account@cms-forex.com.

If you wish to withdraw funds partially, it is not necessary to close open positions, but Capital Market Services LLC is not responsible for any losses which may occur as a result of the reduced equity on your account. You should monitor your margin requirements carefully to minimize risk.

We will send your funds within 2-3 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We may transfer money from one account to another if both of them belong to the same trader ONLY, and ONLY AFTER RECEIVING A SIGNED WITHDRAWAL REQUEST from the trader (and joint account holder, if applicable) during our office hours from 9AM EST to 7PM EST Monday through Friday.
- Funds may be withdrawn by the signatory(s) of the trading agreement alone. No third party payments are allowed.
- Funds may be withdrawn by Check only if the account holder resides in the United States or Canada.
- No funds transfers from one account to another made via telephone requests are accepted!
- Transferring funds between trading accounts is free!

Withdrawal Fees: Applies only to withdrawals from Harris Bank and JP Morgan.

* If withdrawing by wire transfer - $35
* If withdrawing by check - $15

Please be aware that if you withdraw your funds in currency other than USD - additional charges in that currency may apply.
