The WorldTra.de Semi TS

The philosophy of the WorldTra.de Semi TS

Sometimes it can be dangerous to enter a moving train. Nobody knows, when trends will end. some are long and some are not. The ideal of every trader is to buy at a low and to sell at high. Maybe this semi system will help you to find it out.

What did I find out?

a) prices move from extreme points to opposite extreme points
b) greater intervalls are better predictable than shorter ones, because the general direction is clearer.
c) Stops can burn more money than we want
d) conventional systems in automatic mode work fine in trendphases but produce losses in less trendy times.
e) trading is a fulltimejob
f) If you are sitting all day in front of your screen anyway, you should use a system which bases on logical thoughts.
g) It may be logical, to assume, that the price turns its directions at certain points. We are interested in the direction and minimum- or maximum points, let´s say the station, the price-train starts to go.

Yes indeed , we have to find the right station and, which destination/direction is next.

Trading approach:

The basic assumption of the WorldTra.de Semi TS is, that a signal is born, when there is a local minimum at the bottom side - a BUY signal will be generated in the following candle or there is a local maximum at the upper side - a SELL signal will be generated in the following candle. Expessed by blue arrows and red arrows.

You can use it in i.e. Euro/USD or every other currency-pair with daycandles as it is seen here:

CMS and Visual Trading policy is, that automatic tradingsystems merely trigger signals on candleclose. The disadvantage with this is, that in greater periods this would come much too late.

WorldTra.de Semi TS does NOT work this way. Here the active trader is needed. Immediately open a position after the appearance of a local extremum in the previous candle at the beginning of the actual candle

Safeguarding

several approaches

there are several opportunities to save positions at the extreme points, which are marked by the arrows.

highest safety

approach: you can set a StopLoss on the extreme point.
advantage: A stop loss is carried out, even your computer is not connected to the net..
disadvantage: The position is definately closed.

medium safety

approach: set entry stops, to open an opposite position at the extremum.
advantage: the first position stays open
disadvantage: a second position is open as hedge position

lowest safety

approach: use the fixprice option whether to close or to turn a position. That is why this system is called a semi TS.
advantage: you will not been stopped out, when the extrem point is reached
disadvantage: you can lose more money if the signal is bad.

reliable in trends and no trend phases: (the green line shows ideal runs) Past performance does not necessarily imply future results.
